We purchased an old house for its position with an objective of changing the house to suit our needs. With this in mind we approached Enrica to work with us to design and build house of our dreams. I can honestly say that both Shirley and I are over the moon with the result. Enrica guided us through the whole project, listening to our taste, giving us advice on practical issues, working with the builder to ensure everything was perfect. I have renovated a few houses over the last 10 years and every time it has been a painful experience. This time both Enrica and her husband Willie ensured that we not only loved the end project but also enjoyed the journey to get there as well. We have ended with a house that we continue to enjoy and that works perfectly for our family I would, without hesitation recommend Enrica’s services as an architect and as a guiding hand. What was initially envisaged as a simpler refurbishment project turned into a complicated partial demolition and rebuild project. It required careful attention to detail and skill on your part to blend the estate’s architectural guidelines with modern design elements, and to harmonise the overall design, which you did fantastically well. We are delighted with the outcome and sincerely appreciate the hard work, bright ideas and creativity you brought to the project.
